Week 2

For this week the thing that I want to teach you guys is how to skate regularly on a skateboard because for some people it could be hard for them to keep their balance on a board

The only thing you have to do is:

1.Place your weakest leg on the board and try to keep your balance.

2.With your strongest leg, push off.

3.Once the board has start rolling, place both legs on the board. Try to keep balance.

4.When the board starts to slow down, repeat 2 and 3






If you're barely beginning to skate I recommend you to keep skating till you know how to keep your balance and know how to go fast.
